Vitodens 200-W: modular cascade system up to 600 kW

The Vitodens 200-W wall mounted gas condensing boiler is ideally suited for use in apartment buildings, commercial premises and public facilities. The boiler, developed and manufactured by Viessmann, is the only one of its kind in the world. As a modular cascade system, it is not only cost effective, it also offers space saving solutions. Cascades with a rated heating output of two times 49 kW to four times 150 kW can be combined even in rooms with low ceiling heights of 1.9 metres.

Save & Smooth: high level of efficiency with any gas blend

Viessmann's modern gas condensing boilers are equipped with the patented Lambda Pro Plus® combustion control system. It adapts your appliance to changing operating conditions such as fluctuating gas qualities or different gas types. The automatic control ensures a consistently high level of efficiency for your system. Your contractor does not have to readjust these boilers, and flue gas inspection intervals are extended to three years. This saves time and money.

Space saving installation

The cascade unit comprises just a few modules that can be quickly handled and assembled. Inline and block formation is possible. With the Vitodens 200-W, an efficient heating system is created that offers a high level of heating and DHW convenience, making it ideal for modernisation projects in the commercial sector.

Stainless steel Inox-Radial heat exchangers: efficient and durable

Stainless steel makes all the difference. The corrosion-resistant stainless steel Inox-Radial heat exchanger is at the heart of the Vitodens 200-W. It converts the consumed energy into heat very efficiently. Almost no losses, with practically unbeatable efficiency of 98 percent. In addition, the highly durable, high grade stainless steel ensures reliability.

Robust burner with a long service life

The MatriX cylinder burner is characterised by a long service life thanks to its stainless steel MatriX gauze. The integral Lambda Pro Control combustion controller automatically adjusts combustion to changing gas types. This ensures consistently high energy efficiency and offers security for the future in liberalised gas markets and where biogas is added to natural gas. Lambda Pro Control also helps to reduce maintenance costs, as a flue gas inspection is only required every three years.

Vitotronic 300-K cascade control unit

The new Vitotronic 300-K is available for cascade control. The plain text display with graphic support offers excellent ease of use. Where required, the heating system can also be linked to a building automaton system via the Vitogate 200.
