Shipping policy

All orders below £125 ex VAT will incur a delivery charge of £8.50 ex VAT.

As a general rule, orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day, this is stock dependent and can vary from supplier to supplier. If you are unsure, please call us and we can check stock levels and lead times with the supplier.

Some areas of the UK (such as the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands etc) may incur extra charges, if this is the case then we will contact you to discuss. You are under no obligation to proceed with your order. 

We use couriers to deliver your orders to you, and may sometimes where feasible allow our suppliers to deliver directly to you. Tracking information is not always available, however, if you would like an update on your order please contact us and we will do our best to provide an update.

Lead times can vary, in the first instance please check the product description, if this information is not clear within the description of the product please contact us for a more accurate lead time. If you have ordered multiple products from various manufacturers or brands, then please anticipate that the product with the longest lead time will more than likely be the lead time for your entire order.

If you require a part of your order sooner please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Whilst every effort is made to deliver goods within the time frame specified on the product page, such dates or periods shall be deemed to be an estimate only and we accept no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage of any nature which may be suffered by your selves as a result of any failure on our behalf to deliver goods on or within the time frame, mentioned on the website.

*All products are subject to stock availability. Where products are marked with 'In Stock' we do our best to keep this up to date, however this is a manual process and stock may be held with our suppliers and/or the manufacturers and not directly in our own stock holding. 

We discourage booking in works with installers or customers until the product(s) have been delivered.

If you are based in Northern Ireland, we will require your EORI Number and will contact you via email for this information.

Atlantis Oil Tanks offer a next day delivery service at £60 ex VAT, and a specified date and timed delivery option at £45 ex VAT, this is for Atlantis Oil Tanks only.

Carbon Steel & Stainless Steel Pipe is worked out per weight of order, this is automatically calculated at checkout.
