Description
The 312 Pressure Reducing Valves are predominantly used in domestic installations for protection against excess supply pressure. The pressure reducing valve will protect water systems from fluctuating mains supplies, which can potentially cause damage to any plumbing system. The valves are 'drop tight' and therefore will not allow the pressure to increase (creep) under no-flow conditions. The valve is set and locked at 3.5, which means it is not adjustable. It has a 1/4" test port for gauges to be installed.
