Description

Microflex is a pre-insulated, flexible, energy-saving PE-Xa piping system that is perfectly suited for transporting hot water between the remote heat source and the building applications. This Microflex double flexible, pre-insulated, self-compensating underground PE-X pipe is suitable for heating water, but also for (hot) potable water, wastewater and other fluids. It is a corrosion-resistant transport pipe protected in cross-linked PE-Xa (in accordance with EN ISO 15875) and a yellow oxygen diffusion barrier (in accordance with DIN4726). It is filled with thermal, elastic, CFC-free foam insulation made from cross-linked PE-X with a closed microcellular structure to minimise temperature loss. The insulating PE centrepiece guarantees an effective separation of flow and returns pipes. Corrugated outside casing, made from HDPE, provides high protection to the piping system.
