The Honeywell BA295S Reduced Pressure Zone Backflow Preventer Valve is suitable for the protection of drinking water against back pressure, back flow and back syphonage. They can be used for residential, industrial and commercial purposes within the scope of their specification. The BA295S are suitable for fluids up to and including Fluid Category 4 to EN1717. Featuring a compact construction, the BA295S's internal components are all easily accessible. The valve's design is also optimized to prevent water stagnation and provide optimal protection of a drinking water supply system. This is achieved by a triple security system, where two check valves and a discharge valve separate the valve into three individual pressure zones.
