The AT thermostat is designed to control the boiler on/off or the flow control valve open/close based on the low temperature it measured. It senses the temperature in the pipe through its contact surface. And its temperature difference range is 4 –12 °C.
Please notice that this is a bimetallic based thermostat, its accuracy of temperature switching is influenced by system and room temperature, the tolerance is ±4°C
The AT pipe thermostat comprises a bimetallic sensor, a contact system and a setting knob. On connection to terminals CO and NC the thermostat breaks on a rise in temperature. On connection to terminals CO and NO the thermostat closes on a rise in temperature. The AT thermostat can be mounted on the pipe without emptying the plant of water.
