Description
Inlet control groups are installed in domestic water systems to control inlet pressure. It is designed to reduce and stabilise the pressure of the incoming mains supply. Mains pressure is often too high for domestic hot water systems and as such an inlet control group should always be used.
The unit is comprised of two parts, a pressure reducing valve and a manifold containing a check valve, cold water balancing port and a pre-set pressure relief valve. They can be fitted together or as separate units, either horizontally or vertically with the PRV always first in line.
