Description
The Altecnic ballstop valve is a ball valve with an integral check valve housed within the ball to provide isolation and prevent backflow. The valve is a WRAS approved product making it ideal for use in domestic hot and cold water systems. The ballstop valves are also suitable for use in domestic and small commercial heating systems. The inclusion of the integral check valve, eliminates the need to fit a separate check valve downstream of the pump whilst the ball valve performs as an isolating valve should the pump need to be removed or the boiler emptied.
