The brand new Altecnic Apartment Control Assembly allows for control and measure of water supply in multi-occupancy buildings, offering efficient monitoring to a range of residential and commercial developments through one monobloc-style valve. Promoting itself as multi-functional, the Apartment Assembly’s design comprises of a reliable pressure reducing valve with tamper proof cover, a single check valve protecting the water supply from backflow contaminations, gauge port, and strainer. Due to the Apartment Assembly’s compact design, it is much easier to install this single valve rather than installing several. With built in fixing points, easy service access on one side of the valve, and a five-year warranty, any maintenance will save you both money and time.

Available in five different configurations, the Apartment Assembly offers a variety of options to suit your needs, including: standalone monobloc, with preformed insulation & gauge, with non-pulsed hot/cold water meter, with water meter and MBUS connectivity, with Class D water meter. No additional adapters are required with any water meter configurations reducing the risk of leak paths.
