DZR Brass Lockshield Drain Off Cock - Type A - 1/2"

This type a drain off cock available from Kings Plumbing Supplies comes with a lockshield. Drain off cocks provide a drain off point on a heating system, the type a valve has a spindle gland which does not allow water to pass the spindle when in use. 

DZR (Dezincification Resistant) brass offers resistance to dezincification, a process where the brass corrodes, zinc is lost, and the copper is left behind. Mild dezincification can lead to cosmetic changes, however, severe dezincification can lead the the brass becoming weak and porous.
